Sally Krauss
- "The Fixer"
Sally Krauss is married with two boys, Sally likes to quad and snow mobile in upstate NY as well as Lake Life with her two boys, Ryan, Ethan and her husband Rob. She enjoys spending time with family and friends. Sally volunteers for her Community and her Church.
Sally has a passion for all real estate and considers herself a problem solver or better known to her friends, peers, and coworkers in the real estate industry as “The Fixer” and has recently been called the "Mom of Real Estate Due Diligence".
Emma Galasso
- VP of Transactions
Emma was born and raised in the United Kingdom, but after marrying her husband Anthony has been a United States resident since 2001. With a double major in History and Politics from the University of York, and nearly two decades of professional experience in real estate due diligence, she brings a focus on research, analysis, and attention to detail to her work at CRE|TAG. When not working, or cat-sitting her daughter Sofia’s beloved grey tuxedo while she attends art college in Philadelphia, Emma enjoys needlecrafts, ethnic food, music, and theater, as well as supporting causes close to her heart. She is also a sports fan and lifetime supporter of Liverpool FC.
Jessa Yu
- Executive Assistant
Jessa Yu's professional experience spans multiple fields, including project & event management, business consultancy, and fashion & wholesale. This diverse knowledge has equipped her with keen insight into how to optimize the productivity and profitability of businesses, while also empowering those businesses to give their clients the best possible experience. With a degree in economics and the soul of an artist, Jessa finds beauty in creating efficient, intuitive business systems. When not in the office, Jessa likes to bake pastries, take meditative outdoor walks, and tinker with AI.
Derek Marques
Derek earned his degree in Business Administration from SUNY Oneonta and brings prior experience in property management, where he was recognized for his prompt communication, professionalism, and dedication to delivering exceptional service. As a former collegiate athlete, he developed the discipline, teamwork, and strong work ethic that continue to guide his approach at CRE|TAG. Outside of work, Derek enjoys staying active, following sports, and spending time with family and friends.
