Sally Krauss – “The Fixer”

Sally Krauss is married with two boys, Ryan who attends Worcester Polytechnic Institute in Massachusetts and Ethan Krauss who is a Freshman at Trinity College.

Sally likes to quad and snow mobile in upstate NY with Ryan, Ethan and her husband Rob. Sally volunteers as a District Leader in her Community, on the Board of Trustees for her Church, and enjoys spending time with family and friends. Sally has a passion for all real estate and considers herself a problem solver or better known to her friends, peers and coworkers in the real estate industry as “The Fixer” and has recently been called the “Mom of Real Estate Due Diligence”.

Anna Forbes – Social Media Manager

Anna is the Social Media Manager for CRE|TAG. She is currently a senior at the University of New Hampshire and plans to pursue a Master of Science degree after graduating. Anna began her journey in social media and graphic design in 2021, working for a contracting company, and has since been honing her skills and expanding her experience. In her free time, Anna enjoys running outdoors and completed the 2023 NYC Marathon. She is family-oriented and spends her free time with her parents, two brothers, and boyfriend.

Kaylie Klemme

– Due Diligence Coordinator

Kaylie is a former NCAA Division II collegiate golfer who played throughout both undergrad and grad school. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Finance and Master of Business Administration in just four and a half years—balancing academics and athletics with dedication and drive.
Outside of work, Kaylie loves spending time outdoors, whether it’s golfing, playing tennis, skiing, or taking walks with her dogs. She’s happiest being outside and traveling to places like Colorado to soak in new adventures and the great outdoors. When she’s not on the move, you’ll find her enjoying quality time with family and friends.
